A dual-action drug called Super Vidalista is intended to treat men's erectile dysfunction (ED) and premature ejaculation (PE).  It contains 60 mg of the selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI) Dapoxetine and 20 mg of the phosphodiesterase type 5 (PDE5) inhibitor Tadalafil.  Dapoxetine helps postpone ejaculation by raising serotonin levels in the brain, while tadalafil increases blood flow to the penis, enabling a solid erection during sexual stimulation.
