The NFL's 7-on-7 format for the Pro Bowl was introduced in 2023, but one of the biggest differences from Pro Bowls of yesteryear is the dimensions of the field. Rather than playing on a 100-yard long, 53-yard wide field, the flag football game between the AFC and NFC is played on a Simeon Woods Richardson Jersey half-length field of 50 yards with the full width. With Jerry Rice and Steve Young coaching, this year's rendition of the Pro Bowl will almost have some arena football-esque elements. Instead of being just one event in a wide array of Pro Bowl contests, this is the lone activity as the event is now rolled into the week long rollout of Super Bowl events. With that in mind, of course, midfield will be at 25 yards, and the 20 and 10 will be marked off. Furthermore, the field space not being used (70 yards will be accounted for with both end zones included) will be used for the Pro Bowl Games.
