Cocoa buyers looking at the latest numbers out of China and India might do a double take. As of August 2026, China’s cocoa is priced at USD 5,176.32 per metric ton on an FOB basis. India’s? USD 1,723.17 per metric ton, also FOB. Same incoterm. Completely different price world.
