Nexus satisfies every craving with the best beer, the best bites and that unbelievable fusion of New Mexican Soul food. Our goal is perfection and we hit it every time, whether you are drinking the brews we craft right here in house or enjoying our New Mexican Hot Chicken. We intentionally added New Mexico Hot Red Chile to our spice recipe along with cayenne but we removed the the sugar found in Nashville Chicken to come up with a spice blend designed for New Mexican palates.
