Hi, my name is Luke Greer and I live in the United Arab Emirates. I work with Boultwood + Associates as a Quantum and Commercial Risk Consultant, supporting construction and commercial projects across the region. My interest in Construction claims consulting developed through reviewing contracts, analysing project records, and assessing commercial issues that arise during complex construction projects. I enjoy applying analytical thinking, collaborating with experienced professionals, and providing practical recommendations that support fair and informed project decisions. Outside of work, I have a strong interest in architecture, regional development, and exploring different places across the UAE. I also enjoy following major infrastructure and construction projects.
