Trade routes: Create or intercept profitable trade routes. Sell valuable goods like spices, textiles, and weapons at distant outposts.
Workbenches and blacksmiths: Use these to turn raw resources into items or upgrades.
Smuggling: High-risk, high-reward. Smuggle contraband into ports for big payouts—just watch out for patrols.
Tip: Invest in storage upgrades early. Running out of cargo space during long voyages can cripple your profits.
5. Infamy and Progression
Your progression in Skull and Bones is tied to your Infamy level. The more infamous you are, the more ships, contracts, and crafting options become available.
Complete contracts: Each completed job earns you Infamy.
Sink enemy ships: Combat victory grants Infamy, especially versus bigger threats.
Plunder settlements: High-risk group events where Skull and bones items for sale online you raid a port. These give major Infamy boosts.
Reaching higher Infamy levels unlocks Kingpin Contracts, which allow you to control parts of the economy and dominate trade routes.
